Mr. Satadal Dutta is a name well known in the health care sector of West Bengal.
Mr. Dutta, W.B.C.S(exe.) (Retd) is an ex-civil service cadre and render services in the different
assignments and finally superannuated from the post of Joint Secretary to the Govt. of West
Bengal.
Since the inception of civil service, Mr. Dutta had a keen interest in the health sector and for
such noble intention, after superannuation from civil service he got the privilege to render
service in the health sector both in super-specialty hospitals and Medical colleges for the last 10
(Ten) years as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer respectively.
It is to be mentioned that during long tenure in civil service and also 10 (Ten) years
of experience in the health industry, Mr. Dutta became enriched in both Govt. Administrative
system and also the health industry before taking the responsibility as an executive leader of the
Life Care Hospital.
Mr. Dutta has played a leadership role in the erstwhile prestigious Hospital in West
Bengal. He is a well-known and active member of several other social bodies and has played
a crucial role in changing the perception & improving ground conditions of the private
health care delivery system of Durgapur.
A deft administrator, he has an insight into every aspect of managing a hospital,
personifying in himself qualities like dedication, determination & dynamism. His ability to
handle critical situations has earned him accolades from different quarters. A planner with
an eye for details, he has always remained ahead of the curve, planning fresh and dynamic
strategies in marketing for the health care industry. His perennial stress on teamwork to
provide the best & quality service to patients has earned him applause within the health care
industry.
Such admixture of experiences both in dual-sector, enable Mr. Dutta to accept the
challenging task as Chief Executive Officer of the Life Care Hospital to achieve the dream
the goal of the Board of Directors is perfectly, transparently, and cordial health care for all with
